So this new job is killing my healthy eating habits! I can make myself 1 meal per day for free, and I'm trying to keep it healthy, like today I had a 1/2 turkey sandwich with egg and cheese, which is relatively healthy, but then I had to try making a crape, since I'd never made them before, so i had 1 filled with strawberries and bananas and topped with cinnamon and vanilla glaze, not to healthy... Although it was either that or stuffed with banana and nutella... which woulda been way worse... I'm trying though, I really am and after putting it into the daily plate, I'm right on target, technically i have another 40 calories left for me today, but I'm not going to use them. Still have to workout tonight, I'm doing double duty, both an hour of cardio and a 30 minute weight lifting... It will be my first full day in a long time, but it is definitely needed. I still don't have a scale to see where I'm at, but I ordered one for super cheap on amazon.com, and i should have it tomorrow or tuesday, my fingers are crossed.
